​Lily is a Senior Researcher for Green Executives. She leads project delivery for executive search and high level technical roles. Lily has worked in search for over 4 years having started in the oil and energy space and helped clients transition into the renewables space, with specific focus on Solar and Battery markets. Lily has worked on a number of C-suite level roles across the renewables sector ensuring equality and diversity to be presented to each client.
