Electron are a clean tech company founded in 2016 that provides a flexibility market platform. They allow the providers of flexibility, assets like EV’s batteries and solar and their aggregators to trade with DSO’s and network operators who need to create more capacity on the network. We explore the rise of this market, some of the key achievements made and a look to the future of what might be in store for the future of flex markets.
